  • Foreign Language Schools can access their Participation Forms through their profile by entering their Username and Password.
  • Individual candidates of Attiki and Chios receive their Participation Forms electronically from ESOL EXAMS, while candidates from the rest of Greece from their local PALSO offices.

The results are uploaded approximately 2 months after the examinations on the PALSO website.

  • Foreign Language Schools can access their results through their profile by entering their Username and Password.
  • Individual candidates can access their results by selecting "Individual Candidates Results" and then entering their Candidate Code and Date Of Birth.

For the May exam, certificates are available in October and for the December exam in April.

  • Foreign Language Schools and individual candidates of Attiki can collect them from the ESOL EXAMS’ offices.
  • Foreign Language Schools and individual candidates of Chios receive them by post from ESOL EXAMS.
  • All other Foreign Language Schools and individual candidates can collect them from their local PALSO office.

After the issue of results and prior to the issue of official certificates, successful candidates can receive a “Temporary Certificate of Success”. To submit a “Temporary Certificate of Success” request, please click here.

  • Certificates can be translated by the British Council and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Copies of Certificates can be validated by the British Council and lawyers registered as English-language specialists.

Candidates will have to contact ESOL EXAMS (Attiki and Chios) or local PALSO offices (rest of Greece). They must also report the error to the supervisor on the day of the examination.

If the error is found after the examination, the candidate will have to contact ESOL EXAMS immediately, because if the error is reported after the announcement of the results, there will be a certificate re-issue fee.

Candidates have to pay the amount of 35 €.

The reason for the deposit must be "Reissue + the name of the holder" (e.g. REISSUE-IOANNIS PAPADOPOULOS).

Candidates must send the deposit receipt by e-mail to ESOL EXAMS and:

  • In the case of a correction: a copy of the ID and a copy of the certificate obtained where the correct details are marked. Once the new certificate is issued, candidates must return the old one.
  • In the case of loss: their contact details, full name, father's name, date of birth, level and examination session.

If a candidate is absent due to sickness, they must submit a certificate issued by a public hospital and await approval from PALSO. Once approved, they can submit a new application for the next examination session and their fees will be transferred.

Otherwise the examinations fees CANNOT be transferred to the next examination session.

  • Candidates of Attiki and Chios must send the hospital certificate to ESOL EXAMS.
  • All other candidates must send the hospital certificate to their local PALSO office.
