The results are uploaded approximately 2 months after the examinations on the PALSO website.
For the May exam, certificates are available in October and for the December exam in April.
After the issue of results and prior to the issue of official certificates, successful candidates can receive a “Temporary Certificate of Success”. To submit a “Temporary Certificate of Success” request, please click here.
Candidates will have to contact ESOL EXAMS (Attiki and Chios) or local PALSO offices (rest of Greece). They must also report the error to the supervisor on the day of the examination.
If the error is found after the examination, the candidate will have to contact ESOL EXAMS immediately, because if the error is reported after the announcement of the results, there will be a certificate re-issue fee.
Candidates have to pay the amount of 35 €.

The reason for the deposit must be "Reissue + the name of the holder" (e.g. REISSUE-IOANNIS PAPADOPOULOS).
Candidates must send the deposit receipt by e-mail to ESOL EXAMS and:
If a candidate is absent due to sickness, they must submit a certificate issued by a public hospital and await approval from PALSO. Once approved, they can submit a new application for the next examination session and their fees will be transferred.
Otherwise the examinations fees CANNOT be transferred to the next examination session.
